Mua Makeup Tutorial

mua makeup

First, Mua makeup is a very natural makeup look. This is because it’s designed to enhance your features, not cover them up. In other words, you still want to look like yourself – just a better version.

Second, the products used are very lightweight and sheer. This is also in contrast to traditional makeup, which can be quite heavy and caked on.

Finally, the techniques used are very subtle and gradual. There are no sharp lines or harsh edges. Everything is blended seamlessly into your skin.

1. Apply foundation

To apply foundation, use a foundation brush. Start by dotting the foundation all over your face. Then, blend it in using circular motions. Be sure to cover your entire face, including your neck and ears.

2. Apply concealer

After you’ve applied your foundation, apply concealer to any areas that need it. Concealer is great for hiding blemishes and dark circles. To apply concealer, use a makeup sponge or your fingers.

3. Apply blush

Blush gives your face a healthy glow. Use a blush brush to apply it to the apples of your cheeks, then blend it outwards towards your temples.

4. Apply eyeshadow

Eyeshadow can be used to create different looks, from natural to dramatic. For this tutorial, we’re going to use a simple, neutral look. Apply a light shade of eyeshadow all over your lid. Then, apply a darker shade to the crease of your eyelid. Finally, highlight the center of your lid with a light shade of eyeshadow.

5. Apply eyeliner

If you want to apply eyeliner, use an eyeliner brush. Start by drawing a thin line along your upper lash line. Then, thicken the line towards the outer corner of your eye. For a more dramatic look, you can also add a winged eyeliner.

6. Apply mascara

To apply mascara, use an eyelash brush. Start by coating your top lashes with mascara. Then, do the same for your bottom lashes.

7. Apply eyeshadow primer

Before applying eyeshadow, apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer. This will help the eyeshadow stay in place all day long.

8. Apply highlighter

To apply a highlighter, use a highlighting brush. Start by applying it to the bridge of your nose, your cheekbones, and your cupid’s bow.

9. Apply bronzer

To apply bronzer, use a bronzer brush. Start by applying it to the apples of your cheeks. Then, blend it outwards towards your temples.

10. Apply lipstick

To apply lipstick, use a lip brush. Start by applying it to the center of your lips. Then, blend it outwards towards the edges of your lips.

11. Apply lip gloss

To apply lip gloss, use a lip brush. Start by applying it to the center of your lips. Then, blend it outwards towards the edges of your lips.

12. Apply powder

To apply powder, use a powder brush. Start by applying it to your T-zone. Then, blend it outwards towards your cheeks and chin.

13. Contour your face

To contour your face, use a contouring brush. Start by applying it to the hollows of your cheeks. Then, blend it outwards towards your temples.

14. Apply eyeshadow primer to your eyelids

Before applying eyeshadow, apply a thin layer of eyeshadow primer to your eyelids. This will help the eyeshadow stay in place all day long.

15. Apply a final coat of mascara

To finish off your look, apply a final coat of mascara to your top and bottom lashes.
